ECOM developed the technology that powered its inaugural service, Rent BC, in 1998 then Rent Ontario in 1999. Utilizing extensive research & software development to develop the basis of what is arguably one of the strongest technology platforms in the industry serving the online vacancy rental market.

Today, ECOM supports over 90 rental listing websites ranging from college & universities, property management & landlord associations, and regional listings services to developing website portals in conjunction with our strategic partners. The primary source of our success, however, is a direct result of the growing number of property management companies and colleges & universities utilizing our Internet Listing Service (ILS) & our off-campus housing solutions.
